Forth on Fourth Ave (FOFA) is circulating a community survey with the help of the Old Stone House, Park Slope Civic Council, Boerum Hill Association, the Park Slope 5th Ave BID, Arts Gowanus and Gowanus Canal Conservancy (and the list still growing) to hear about top concerns on 4th Ave. Results will be tabulated and distributed prior to a public meeting on Wednesday May 15 at the Old Stone House. We are inviting elected officials, key city agencies and YOU to join us in the discussion at that meeting. This is your chance to voice your opinion about 4th Ave.
